About Us
At Diane Eden, M.D. and Associates, Inc., we believe in providing quality mental health care in a coordinated environment. In our office, you may be assigned to a psychiatrist for diagnosis and medication management, a therapist for counseling, or both professionals if medically necessary. Since we are a multidisciplinary practice made up of independent contractors, we make it more convenient for patients and their families who require multiple services to receive treatment in one office.
We participate in many Managed Care plans. Please check with your insurance carrier or our office regarding referrals and authorizations. Although we assist you in obtaining authorization, you are responsible to make sure referrals and prior authorizations are in place at the time of your visit. We accept Cash, Master Card, VISA, Discover, checks and money orders.
Please note: Your Co-pays and Deductibles are due at time of service. If you are unsure of your deductible, coinsurance and/or co-pay, please call your insurance carrier prior to your visit.
